"Heidi Moombootz" was actually produced just for my beloved partner. But I hope you will have a relaxing time and fun playing it too, like she had. I composed so many songs and painted all of these pictures by myself for this game. It took some months to create this piece of art and I hope you will recognize the polishing and contained quality.
Game-Description:
"Heidi Moombootz" is a cozy, modern pixel artstyle game about a group of baby animals who want to set up a strawberry farm.
A friendly story-platformer game with five cute playable characters and light farming elements.
It combines the perspectives: top-down and side-scroll.
Available in english and german language.
(Playthrough time aproximately: 2 – 3 hours.)
*Choose between 2 Soundtracks (Orchestra/Retro)
*The baby mammoths are playing Hide and Seek: the player has to find all mammoths in different levels/biomes.
*Explore a tiny, easy to navigate and handcrafted top-down open world. *Buy decoration for your farm with strawberries or juice and unlock more features like the disco mode while playing through this game.
*Eastereggs, parodies and pop-culture references like:
- Try to translate seacucumberish and meet other baby animals like King Gaga Shrimp or the Wig-Maker.
- Solve the Mooliad Mystery! An optional task, can you solve it?
- Why is a baby zebra baking a pizza in the jungle? This game is easy to learn and play.
Technical:
*Touchscreen support on mobile devices.
* Best fluid gaming experience on PC with a keyboard and mouse.
* The game has a save / load function: Save / load should work if cookies and history are activated of the browser.
*If you somehow lost your save: There is an option in the main menu to cheat your last chapter back.
Additional Gameplay Tricks:
- If you have the feel that characters move too slow, there is a trick: Keep jumping, that will make the characters a bit faster.
- Have you tried the toaster inside the farm house?
- There is a hidden method to grow strawberries faster.
